I was concerned about the foundation of my new house when I saw some cracks in the sheetrock and a couple doors were not closing. I recently had my house inspected by a TREC inspector and he recommended Champions Engineering to do a further evaluation on my house because it appeared to him there were some serious structural problems.
It turns out that I had major problems from a previous termite infestation and a wall was very seriously damaged. He explained to me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He also noted several other framing problems in the attic.
I am thankful that my inspector recommended Champions Engineering, because they were very thorough and helpful. I have since found another house and Champions will be doing both the structural and mechanical inspections for me. Thanks!

I am a serious consumer and I research most everything that I am considering buying. When it came to finding a Home inspector I searched at ASHI.com (American Society Home Inspectors), then limited my search to engineers, then only those that were members of Better Business Bureau and Wala there you were - and I am glad I did!
