Structural Framing and/or Rough-in

This inspection is utilized when there are some structural framing or foundation issues of an existing structure. This is normally mostly a visual type of inspection but additinal testing can be provided, if necessary.

Also Rough-in inspections can be performed as the house is being constructed and before the insulation and sheetrock is installed. Here we would check the stuctural members such as beams and vertical supports fro the entire structure. Additionall we evaluate plumbing and electrical borings and some comentary on any ofther obvious issues, at that time.
